Outside
Wooden lounge sofas have been placed in front of the house, where you can sit comfortably with a large group. There is a chessboard in the lawn in front of the house. For shelter and shade, a pergola with wisteria was planted in the spring of 2022.
Behind the house is a small grass/sports field of approximately 60 x 30 m with a line of cooking pear trees running alongside it. A pond with a small island has been dug behind the place where the plan is to eventually have the main building built.
Dining/living room
In the spacious living/dining room, the more than 4 meter long tree table with leather bucket seats invites you to long dinners. In the separate seating area, the leather sofas are comfortable and inviting to lounge in. Numerous books and games are ready for a relaxing evening.
The centrally located hall gives access to a toilet, a meter cupboard and a cupboard under the stairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is just generously equipped with a Smeg induction stove with 5 cooking zones and a 90cm wide oven and grill. You can make coffee with a regular coffee machine, but you can also choose to make your own ristretto, espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato from freshly ground coffee beans with the fully automatic coffee machine. There is also a kettle, food processor, Dualit toaster, a retro fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. (There is a washing machine in the adjacent garage.)
Garage
In the first garage, which is accessible through a door under the gate, you enter a hallway with a toilet and a separate sink. In the adjacent garage is a washing machine, an extra refrigerator, the cushions for the lounge sofas outside, the chess pieces for the chessboard on the lawn in front of the house, football goals and a table tennis table. The table tennis table can also be used outdoors. In this garage you can also park/charge your bicycles.
Bedrooms and Studios
On the first floor above the living room you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds, each with its own basin and shower. The showers are finished with tadelakt, Moroccan stucco.
The 2 studios above the garages also have 2 single beds and a private shower made of Moroccan tadelakt. These studios also have a kitchenette with 2 induction hobs, kitchen utensils, pans and a Nespresso coffee machine. On the spacious landing is a soccer table.
Above the gate is an intermediate room with 3 beds, each with 2 beds, and a pool table.
All beds are quality box springs (type 1927) from AVEK. The beds have a length of 210 cm. The width of the beds varies: the beds have a standard width of 90 cm. In the small bedroom above the living room there is a wider queen bed of 120 cm wide. The beds in the room above the gate are 70 cm wide each.
Hair dryers are available in the first bedroom and in both studios. On the first floor there is a separate toilet on the landing above the living room and on the landing near the studios.
Children
Especially for (small) children there is a playpen, high chair and a camping bed.
Linen
In the holiday home you will find bed linen (mandatory rental), kitchen textiles (mandatory rental) and bath towels (mandatory rental).
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire accommodation.
